Late Policy
At Empower, we do our best to accommodate everyone. Of course, life happens. Traffic, weather, accidents, etc. – we get it. If you are running late please call and make the salon aware. We want to be able to provide the desired service in its entirety and we will try our hardest to accommodate the services scheduled, however after 10 minutes your appointment is subject to change depending on the stylists discretion. Please understand this is never a ‘punishment’ it is only to prevent overlap into the rest of the stylists appointments within the day. We thank you in advance for your consideration!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but a strict cancellation policy allows us to protect our staff and our business. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, you are subject to a fee up to 50% of the service. If an appointment is a no call, no show you will be charged 100% of the missed service. An appointment is considered a no show if cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Refund Policy
Our policy is simple, our stylists can never get back the time, energy, and product they used to perform a clients service and because of that, we do not offer refunds. We do offer an adjustment the same week as your service if their is an issue, within reason.

Luckily, we don’t have to worry about this sort of thing often. Our clients are overwhelmingly wonderful and we are always pushing to give a better service with the best end result. We truly care so much that our clients love their hair. It is our only goal! But, we are also a business and this policy protects our staff.
